Fun Mother’s Day Gifts

Are you looking for something a little different for Mother’s Day?  There are some fun gifts out there that mom will really love and enjoy, but you have to think outside the box.  Go for something a little bit different this year and give mom one of these fun gifts.

If mom loves gadgets, get her an iPad, iPhone, or Kindle.  Kindles and other eBook readers are especially popular with moms who spend a lot of time using public transportation or who have a lot of free time on their hands between meetings or other engagements.  Add some of her favorite authors to the reader to get her virtual library started.

Another fun gadget for mom is a Nintendo Wii.  Mom can exercise with Wii Fit, play different dance and karaoke games, and much more.  The Wii is a fun video game system that appeals to everyone.  Plus, it does more than just video games—mom can watch her Netflix through the Wii.

Does mom like to see the latest blockbusters?  How about getting her a gift card to her favorite theater?  Or, if you want to spend more time with mom, give her a handmade certificate good for a movie and snacks with you.

Look for some unique jewelry and artwork on sites like Etsy.com.  Etsy lets individuals set up online stores and sell their arts and crafts.  Much of what you find on the side is one of a kind since it’s homemade.  You can find just about anything on the site.

If your mom loves cooking and baking, get her a fully stocked spice rack.  This is a double gift—she gets a spice rack to organize her kitchen, plus it’s already stocked so she can start baking and cooking right away.

These are all unique and different gifts that your mom will really enjoy.  They’re practical, useful, and fun.  Of course, don’t forget a nice bouquet of flowers.  We will deliver your Mother’s Day flowers in Kansas City, MO, on May 13th!
